Why? Because even opensource models, like Kimi K3, are now intelligent enough for most knowledge work in the enterprise. The differentiating factor between companies and products is the data these intelligences have in their context. And search is meant to filter all the world's data into exactly the context that's needed.
The problem is that traditional search engines were not built for AI, they were built for humans. Humans search for links and click on a couple of them. In contrast, agents want to search for raw data and can consume thousands of results instantly. And then there's the scale that's required -- the number of searches from AI systems will be 1000x more than humans in a few years.
The world needs search rebuilt from the ground up for AI. This talk covers how we've already started to do that, how thousands of companies are using this infra, and how perfect search is ultimately what every enterprise needs.
