Many enterprises are excited about agentic AI, but most are not yet ready for autonomous or semi-autonomous workflows. The real challenge is not simply building a chatbot, deploying a model, or creating a single AI agent or multi-agents workflow. The real challenge is preparing the enterprise foundation required for AI agents to safely support decisions, interact with business processes, and operate within governed environments.
This session will explore how organizations can move from AI experimentation to agentic execution by strengthening the core layers of enterprise AI readiness: trusted data, clear governance, secure architecture, workflow design, human oversight, adoption planning, and measurable business value.
We will focus on what enterprises need before scaling AI agents across business-critical workflows. We will discuss how leaders and technical teams can align around responsible automation, define clear decision rights, build trust through transparency, and create operating models that allow AI to support work without introducing unnecessary risk.
Rather than focusing only on model capability, this session will emphasize the practical foundation required to make AI useful inside the enterprise: readiness, governance, accountability, workflow integration, and responsible scaling.
