Lessons Learned in Deploying AI Agents in Industrial Workflows by Somya Kapoor, CEO, IFS Loops

95% of gen AI pilots fail to produce measurable financial impact. The reason is rarely the model.

80% of deployment effort goes to data, governance, and workflow integration, not AI. Yet most teams spend their time evaluating models and chasing the latest foundation release. The infrastructure underneath the agent is where deployments live or die.

Somya Kapoor, CEO of IFS Loops, has spent years deploying AI agents in real industrial environments across manufacturing, energy, field service, and supply chain. In this session, she shares eight hard-won lessons from live production deployments, not pilots that quietly died in a sandbox.

You will leave knowing how to identify the right workflows, build governance before agents go live, and understand why your orchestration layer, not your model, is your real competitive advantage.

If you are ready to move from pilot to production, this is the session you cannot afford to miss.
