Artificial Intelligence is evolving fast, and expectations are evolving even faster. With the rise of Large Language Models (LLMs), organizations now have powerful new tools at their fingertips, but many in the industry still grapple with a critical question: where can AI truly deliver value today, and where would performance limitations prevent the achievement of business goals.
This interactive discussion aims to leverage our collective expertise and have a candid discussion on what actually works. Perspectives and insights will benefit a broad group, for instance technical practitioners who need to provide guidance to leadership and are responsible for working through the details, also managers, directors and product managers tasked with managing expectations of leaders and business partners who may have very optimistic expectations of AI performance (or conversely be over cautions) and lastly leaders trying to allocate resources most effectively
Participants will exchange real-world perspectives on how to apply current AI capabilities to drive meaningful impact within practical constraints like timelines, quality, and risk. Together, the group will identify the types of tasks where AI can move the needle right now, as well as areas where caution is warranted.
Attendees will leave the session with peer-tested ideas, and realistic approaches for leveraging AI in their organizations over the next 6-8 months.
