Did you know it takes nearly 8 years, on average, for many patients to receive a diagnosis for an autoimmune disease?
Enterprise AI creates lasting value when it solves a real business problem - not when it simply showcases the latest model - and that challenge is amplified in highly regulated industries like healthcare. In this session, I will share how we designed and implemented an AI solution that reduced the average identification time for autoimmune diseases to approximately 18 months, covering the data architecture, machine learning approach, governance, workflow integration, implementation challenges, and measurable outcomes that drove adoption.
I will also briefly highlight how the same implementation principles were applied across additional enterprise AI initiatives, including improving insurance quote-to-purchase conversion, analyzing 18 billion healthcare claims to identify disease prevalence by ZIP code for population health planning, and enhancing payment integrity.
Attendees will leave with practical implementation patterns and lessons learned for moving AI from isolated pilots to trusted, enterprise-scale solutions that deliver measurable business and healthcare outcomes.
