Information

AI’s next wave will be defined not by better answers, but by better decisions and execution in the places where physical work actually happens, including trucks, branches and stores, facilities, and equipment rooms. This session explores how intelligent systems can create measurable value across field service, branch operations, procurement, and other asset-intensive environments, where downtime is real, context is messy, and trust is essential.

Attendees will learn how to strategically position where AI and other automations tools can provide value, especially when dealing with legacy systems, disconnected processes, incomplete data and lack of ownership of the equipment being serviced. Attendees will leave with a practical framework for starting small, proving value, and expanding AI safely while amplifying skilled teams.
